  • Balancing the Piece
  • Always turn between centers
  • Starting the outside
  • More work on the outside
  • Examine the outside
  • Getting ready to attach the face plate
  • First cut off the nubbin
  • Mark the centre with a had held drill
  • Locate the face plate and glue block on the piece using the high tech wire locator
  • Complete the underside.
  • Check the shape
  • Mount and start on the inside
  • Work the edges first
  • Check the thickness
  • Now remove the remaining inside material
  • With the glue block gone, now continue with the rest of the underside
